BrigitPartnerships × CRM

Grew partner newsletter revenue 7.7x, from $199K to $1.54M

I was the bridge between Brigit's partnerships team and CRM, and I ran our weekly partner newsletter end to end.

Read the case

The challenge

Partners wanted reach, members wanted value, and the newsletter had to deliver both every week without wearing out the list.

What I did

  • Onboarded and trained affiliate partners, and managed briefs, tracking links, approvals, make-goods and flat-fee placements.
  • Owned copy, design, build, QA and deployment, with an A/B copy test on every initial send and a 95/5 universal holdout.
  • Built non-opener resend journeys that drove 27% of email revenue; the top partner email hit a 3.8% CTR on 2.3M sends.

Ran the CRM calendar behind 95M+ sends a quarter

I owned the CRM calendar and marketplace lifecycle programs across email, push, SMS and in-app at a consumer fintech app acquired by Upbound.

Read the case

The challenge

One calendar had to carry Marketplace, Product and partner requests across four channels without burning out members.

What I did

  • Balanced partner and business requests against customer fatigue across every segment.
  • Launched triggered onboarding, win-back and friction-point journeys across email, push, SMS and in-app, with Handlebars logic.
  • Ran the weekly financial-literacy newsletter as its audience grew from 1.6M to 3.8M, supporting retention and paid upgrades.
  • Migrated journeys and templates through the Upbound integration while keeping weekly sends live.

BrigitQA × AI

Stopped a broken build before it reached ~1.4M users

I caught a misconfigured partner build before it went out, then built a QA process so similar mistakes wouldn't slip through again.

Read the case

The challenge

Weekly partner builds were complex, a resend error had already repeated across four builds, and one bad send could reach more than a million members.

What I did

  • Built a node-by-node QA protocol and a 20-point defect checklist that ended the repeated resend error.
  • Audited our remarketing journeys, found a dead trigger (0 conversions on 3.01M sends) and a leaking control group, and designed a 14-point rebuild with a powered holdout.
  • Built Claude AI skills that automated send builds, QA, copy review and analysis.

BrigitAI × Automation

Designed and automated an AI workflow system for a 95M-send CRM program

On my own, I built an AI system with Claude that automated the team's journey QA, compliance checks, briefs, tickets and draft copy.

Read the case

The challenge

Every send in a fintech CRM program had to clear QA, compliance, briefs, tickets and copy before it shipped, across 95M+ sends a quarter.

What I built

  • Automated QA for every marketing journey, plus a compliance scanner.
  • Automated copy and design briefs and Asana tickets, with draft copy templates built from my analysis of our A/B copy and design tests.
  • Test tracking, with suggested actions, next steps and new experiments to build.
  • A delegation system, linked to each brief, that tracked deadlines, created tickets and escalated work to the right person.
  • Claude skills for send builds, copy review, calendars and analysis.

Led Jordan and Yeezy launch email in a program that drove $50M

I coded and deployed email for Finish Line/JD Sports, a global sports-fashion powerhouse, in a program that generated $50M in email revenue in nine months.

Read the case

The challenge

High-heat releases meant huge demand, short windows and no room for error in a single send.

What I did

  • Led go-to-market email for Retro Jordan and Yeezy releases and helped shape strategy for key product launches.
  • Wrote copy and hand-coded sends in HTML and CSS, using data pulls to sharpen targeting.
  • Onboarded influencers and supported talent requests for campaigns featuring LeBron James, Kevin Durant and Migos.
  • Ran KPI reporting and co-op recaps for brand partners such as Nike, Tommy Hilfiger and Crocs.

Relaunched BODi Bike campaigns with 50+ creators

I relaunched BODi Bike campaigns and product bundles, with a creator program running alongside the lifecycle push.

Read the case

The challenge

The BODi Bike relaunch needed more reach than email alone could deliver.

What I did

  • Worked with 50+ creators who posted across every social channel.
  • Used ShopMy and LTK for seeding, gifting, custom discount codes, tiered commissions and tracking.
  • Built email and app templates and onboarding-to-retention automations, and owned campaign reporting.

AI work

How I build with AI.

AI is my area of expertise and the work I'm most interested in: agents and automations that take real work off people's plates, at work and in my own life. Claude is my daily driver, from chat and code to browser agents and scheduled tasks.

An AI workflow system at Brigit

Designed and automated on my own with Claude: journey QA, a compliance scanner, copy and design briefs, Asana tickets, draft copy, and a delegation system that escalated work to the right person.

A job-search command center

A scheduled agent sweeps 40+ sources every day, scores each role on 11 factors, maps my 846 LinkedIn connections to 187 companies and drafts my follow-ups.

G, my AI chief of staff

One assistant with memory across chat, code and the browser, working from reference docs I maintain for my career, training, nutrition and routines.

System 1 · At Brigit

An AI workflow system for a 95M-send CRM program

I designed it, built it with Claude and automated it on my own, inside a consumer fintech app's CRM team.

Journey QA

Automated QA across every marketing journey.

Compliance scanner

Scanned sends for compliance issues before they shipped.

Briefs and tickets

Copy and design briefs and Asana tickets, created automatically.

Draft copy

Draft copy templates built from my analysis of our A/B copy and design tests.

Test tracking

Results tracked with suggested actions, next steps and new experiments to build.

Delegation

Linked to each brief: tracked deadlines, created tickets and escalated work to the right person.

~1.4M users never got a misconfigured partner build, because my QA caught it first. I turned the fix into a node-by-node QA protocol and a 20-point defect checklist.

System 2 · My job search

A job search that runs itself, with me in the loop

When my search started, I skipped the spreadsheet and built an agent setup with Claude in one week.

40+sources swept every day by a scheduled agent

846LinkedIn connections mapped to 187 companies
5resume tracks, each matched to the roles it fits
  1. Sweep

Job boards, company application systems and my LinkedIn alerts, with every posting live-checked.

  2. Score

Role fit, requirements, pay, remote, industry, culture, team, freshness and career move.

  3. Referral first

If I know someone there, the role waits for a warm intro, with the message already written.

  4. Tailor

The right resume for each role and a tailored cover letter for every strong fit.

  5. Follow up

Recruiter scripts, a ranked daily to-do list and an inbox check that updates every status.

Guardrails I wrote into it: it never invents a number, a title or a skill, and anything that needs my signature or consent stays with me.

System 3 · Off the clock

The same habits run the rest of my life

My assistant, G, keeps one memory across chat, code and the browser and works from reference docs I maintain.

Training

An A/B split built around pickup basketball, with form checks from my lift videos.

Nutrition

A four-meal plan timed around training, with sleep and recovery data in the loop.

Business

CRM and automated lead follow-up for small businesses through my own company.

A little about me

A Navy kid from Tijuana, native in English and Spanish, at home almost anywhere.

I was born in Tijuana during what became my dad's 30-year career in the U.S. Navy. We moved constantly, and I never really stopped. I've lived, traveled and studied across the globe, from three years in Japan to a semester in Barcelona.

At work, AI is my area of expertise and the thing I'm most interested in right now: I build agents and automations with Claude for my job and my everyday life.

I'm a native bilingual English and Spanish speaker, and I work as a professional model. Off the clock, you'll find me at the gym, chasing great food, planning the next trip, deep in fashion and music, or with my family. And on Sundays, I bleed purple for the Baltimore Ravens.
